I am running the Paavo Nurmi Marathon in Hurley, Wisconsin on August 8, 2009. My goal is to run the race in under 4 hours and to raise $2000 for the Muscular Dystrophy Association.

I have been a volunteer at MDA Summer Camp for the past 18 years. It is a fantastic opportunity for children with Muscular Dystrophy to spend a week with others like them in an environment that is supportive and designed for them. In short "It's the best week of the year!"
